This is how your diaper cake reaches you safely – or goes straight to the new parents.
Since 2014 we have carefully handcrafted every diaper cake, packed it with love and shipped it insured and with tracking – within Germany, across the EU and worldwide. This way your gift arrives exactly as you imagined it.

All prices include VAT. The country of delivery is decisive; the exact shipping costs are shown to you during the order process as soon as you have entered the delivery address. Particularly large or heavy models (multi-tier or luxury diaper cakes) are charged individually.
Delivery Times
The total delivery time is made up of dispatch preparation and transit:
- Dispatch preparation (handcrafting): usually 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. With express, your order is given priority and prepared ahead of all others.
- Transit: Germany 1–2 business days · EU 5–7 business days · rest of Europe 5–7 business days · worldwide 5–20 business days.
For elaborate models or during times of high demand, preparation may take slightly longer. All figures are guideline values; customs clearance can additionally delay international shipments.
Tracking
As soon as your diaper cake leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. This lets you see where your parcel is at any time. If no confirmation arrives, please first check your spam folder – and feel free to get in touch with us.
Packaging
Every order is packed with great care so that the shape and contents of the diaper cake stay protected in transit. We choose the packaging to suit the size and design. Where possible, we are happy to accommodate special packaging requests – simply let us know.
Delivery to Your Preferred Address
Your diaper cake does not have to take the detour via you: during the order process you can enter a different delivery address and have the gift sent directly to the expectant parents. You will receive the invoice separately – with no price details in the parcel.
Within Germany we additionally deliver to:
- DHL Packstation – please provide your post number and Packstation number.
- DHL branch / post office branch – with the branch number and correct address; a valid ID is required for collection.
Please note: once shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed. Therefore please check your details carefully before completing your order.
Delivery Abroad & Customs
Within the EU we deliver at a transparent flat rate with no further charges. For deliveries to non-EU countries (Zone 2 and Zone 3), customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply; these are levied by the authorities of the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We recommend that you find out about the import regulations of the respective country before ordering.
Zone 1 – EU (€16.99): Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Zone 2 – Rest of Europe (€29.99): United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey.
Zone 3 – Worldwide (€35.99): USA, Canada, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and others.
Returns & Cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation. For this, the goods must be returned unused and undamaged; the cost of return is borne by the customer. Before any return, please get in touch with us briefly so that we can organise the process quickly and easily for you. Should your order arrive damaged or with something missing, please contact us immediately – ideally with photos of the packaging and contents. We will find a suitable solution, from replacement to refund.

Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After receipt of payment we usually prepare your diaper cake within 1–3 business days. Transit time is added on top: within Germany 1–2 business days, internationally longer depending on the destination country.
How much does shipping within Germany cost?
Standard shipping with DHL parcel (up to 5 kg) costs €7.99. If you are in a hurry, you can additionally book the express surcharge: + €59.00 (prioritised, approx. 2 business days) or + €99.00 (24 h, for orders placed Mon–Fri by 12:00 noon). The surcharge is added on top of standard shipping.
How much does shipping abroad cost?
EU €16.99 · rest of Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK) €29.99 · worldwide €35.99. You will see the exact classification of your country and the final cost during the order process. The express surcharge (+ €59.00 or + €99.00) can be selected for all European deliveries; international express outside Europe is available on request.
Can I have the gift sent directly to the parents?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during the order process. The parcel contains no price details.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
For shipping within Germany and to most European countries, we primarily rely on DHL. For express and special deliveries, other reputable carriers may be used.
Do you deliver to a Packstation or DHL branch?
Yes, within Germany. Please provide the complete station details; a valid ID is required for collection at a branch.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Shipping costs depend solely on the destination and the shipping method.
What happens if I am not at home for delivery?
The courier leaves a notification with information about a renewed delivery attempt or a collection point near you. Please note the respective collection deadline.
How do I track my shipment?
